I took your workout the other day it was great but you supposed to stretch then you start the work out just keep in mind
If you need to stretch go ahead . Then press play . Pump classes always start with this warm up x
17.6.2024: My muscles really felt that after a long time of no bodypump. Triceps (10 and 7,5), biceps 10 (wow!), shoulders (3 and 10) chest 12 and 4/3.

13.5.2024: Biceps was so difficult at the end with all the singles (5 kg).
13.5.2024: I did triceps with 10 kg + 5 kg, and added a bonus round with 2 kg dumbbells.
13.5.2024: Chest with 12 and 10 kg was brutal. Back track all the way through with 15 kg, proud of my self.
Nice for a passive rest! get used to more challenging tracks with Lazfit, but highly useful for those days you want to lower the workload weights.

Pro tip: Never ever go too heavy with your weights. Always err on the side of caution and go lighter rather than heavier. Going too heavy will absolutely destroy your joints.
